Dinamiks Ltd wins a Highly Commended award at the Apprenticeships 4 England Training Provider & Apprentice Employer Awards 2015

March 6th 2015. Chichester. Dinamiks Ltd won a Highly Commended award at this year’s Apprenticeships 4 England Training Provider & Apprentice Employer Awards, whose winners were announced at a 300-strong black tie gala dinner at the Grand Connaught Rooms, London, on Tuesday March 3rd.

The national awards recognise companies that have excelled in contributing to the development of apprenticeship programmes in England. Dinamiks Ltd Managing Director Simon Barnes, who was present to accept the award, said “It was gratifying to see the efforts we as a company have made, to help young people with training and apprenticeships – and the efforts they in turn have made with us – recognised this way.

“I would like to offer a special thanks to Chichester College and Highbury College, Cosham, which not only work with us on training and guiding our apprentices but also provided references for our awards application.”

Dinamiks Ltd is the developer of the cloud-based Dinamiks [], an on-line solution for employee performance management, appraisals and employee development planning [EDP].

The company has run apprenticeship schemes for young adults for the past three years in the areas of computer programming, business administration, customer service and website design. “We adopt a very democratic approach through welcoming input from our apprentices,” said Shirley Barnes, co-founder of Dinamiks Ltd. “We listen to what they say and it is through them that we have taken, and continue to take, new looks at product development and marketing models, and have implemented some of their ideas.”

The awards ceremony was held during The 3rd Annual Voice of Apprenticeships Conference 2015, London, March 3-4th 2015.
