Dinamiks Ltd – a finalist in the Apprenticeships 4 England Training Provider & Apprentice Employer Awards 2015

February 12th 2015. Chichester-based Dinamiks Ltd has been announced a finalist in the Apprenticeships 4 England Training Provider & Apprentice Employer Awards 2015, which recognise companies that have excelled in contributing to the development of apprenticeship programmes in England.
The company is the developer of the cloud-based Dinamiks [dinamiks.com], an on-line solution for employee performance management, appraisals and employee development planning [EDP].
Winners of the awards will be announced at The 3rd Annual Voice of Apprenticeships Conference 2015 in London on March 3-4th 2015.
Dinamiks Ltd has run apprenticeship schemes for young adults for the past three years in the areas of computer programming, business administration, customer service and website design and was supported in its awards application by references from training providers Chichester College and Highbury College, Cosham.

May 2nd 2013 Preston-based People Dynamics Consultants Ltd, specialists in HR and employee relations, has been appointed a channel partner for Dinamiks, the online employee performance management tool, by its UK developer, Dinamiks Ltd.
The partnership enables People Dynamics to expand its range of services and offer Dinamiks to clients and prospects regardless of their location. “End users don’t install the software or update it,” says People Dynamics Managing Director Chris Munnery, “because Dinamiks is a web-based, anywhere-anytime solution. It’s all done on the cloud.”
He sees Dinamiks fitting in well with the current phase of the business cycle. “Many companies which have managed to survive the economic downturn are now starting to focus again on getting the best out of their staff, and getting their performance management in place before recruitment finally becomes a possibility again.” Dinamiks, he adds, “has a place in every part of the cycle but provides a good launch pad for a business in the middle of it, which is where many firms are now.”

August 15th 2012, Chichester. Dinamiks Ltd, the developer of Dinamiks, the online employee performance management tool, has appointed Dawn Russell Consulting Ltd – dawnrussell.org.uk – as a channel partner with a specialism in the SME and housing association sectors.
The appointment allows West Malling [Kent]-based Dawn Russell Consulting to provide Dinamiks as a new service offering.
Proven in the UK and across continents, Dinamiks is a UK-developed cloud application designed for use in employee performance management, talent management, identifying why some staff are star performers, compliance, the support of personal development plans – and ensuring all staff pull in the same direction to the benefit of the employer organisation.
Dawn Russell’s company joined the channel partner programme “first, because Dinamiks provides the tools businesses need to manage the performance process within their organisations, and secondly, because it aligns objectives to business goals, which focuses everyone on the main drivers for business success and growth, she said.”
