February 12th 2015. Chichester-based Dinamiks Ltd has been announced a finalist in the Apprenticeships 4 England Training Provider & Apprentice Employer Awards 2015, which recognise companies that have excelled in contributing to the development of apprenticeship programmes in England.
The company is the developer of the cloud-based Dinamiks [dinamiks.com], an on-line solution for employee performance management, appraisals and employee development planning [EDP].
Winners of the awards will be announced at The 3rd Annual Voice of Apprenticeships Conference 2015 in London on March 3-4th 2015.
Dinamiks Ltd has run apprenticeship schemes for young adults for the past three years in the areas of computer programming, business administration, customer service and website design and was supported in its awards application by references from training providers Chichester College and Highbury College, Cosham.
Says Simon Barnes, Dinamiks Ltd Managing Director, “We would like to thank the awards organisers for shortlisting us as finalists. We strive to grow our apprentices to be able to operate professionally in the business world and at the same time make a valuable contribution to our business and product.
“As far as Dinamks Ltd is concerned, apprenticeships aren’t a one way street. We very much welcome the new ideas and ways of our young apprentices, because it is through their input that we can learn more ourselves and take a new look at product development as well as new marketing models.”
Developed by Dinamiks Ltd, Dinamiks is used by SMEs around the world to carry out regular staff performance appraisals and record the progress of personal development plans against targets, and for the following further core activities: talent management; gaining IIP accreditation; identifying which staff are star performers [and why], and allowing poorer performers to be trained up; compliance; support of personal development plans; and ensuring staff pull in the same direction to the benefit of the business.
Available 24/7 via secure web access regardless of user location, Dinamiks reduces costs and inefficiencies; develops and motivates staff; aligns objectives with business goals; delivers appraisal analysis in real time; saves time in the appraisals process; helps in the setting up of competency frameworks; shows where training/coaching/other development is required; assists with issues around employment law.
